Relating to roof-mounted off-road light bar lighting devices [HB-2225]
The purpose of this bill is to eliminate the requirement that roof-mounted off-road light bars be covered when vehicles are operated on roads and highways and to allow owners of vehicles to install or use such lighting devices without obtaining approval from the Commissioner of Highways.

The purpose of this bill is to promote intellectual diversity and academic freedom in institutions of higher education. The bill prohibits employment decisions concerning faculty members from being based solely on political or religious beliefs. The bill requires all tenure, search and hiring committee deliberations to be recorded and made available to the appropriate constituted authorities.
