AN ACT CONCERNING THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase funding to the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in order to improve comprehensive care of individuals early in the course of a psychotic illness.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide adequate care to people with psychotic illness.
