To require (1) the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management to develop a plan to transition registration and oversight responsibilities for homemaker-companion agencies from the Department of Consumer Protection to the Department of Public Health, (2) the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to revoke a certificate of registration if an agency violates certain provisions three times in one calendar year, (3) the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to (A) develop training standards, identify training programs and develop a model written contract

An Act Concerning Adult Day Centers. [HB-6677]
To (1) require the Commissioner of Social Services to develop a plan to increase the number of persons eligible to receive adult day services under the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly, (2) increase the fee schedule effective July 1, 2023, for adult day care services by ten per cent over the fee schedule for adult day care services for the previous fiscal year, and (3) authorize the Commissioner of Social Services to amend the Medicaid state plan to add the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
