Requiring purchases to be made at lowest retail price available at level of quality sought by the spending unit [HB-2936]
The purpose of this bill is to eliminate master contracts or other statewide contracts that agencies must currently use to purchase certain commodities. Spending units must purchase commodities, printing and services at the lowest retail price for the spending unit's desired level of quality within a reasonable geographical market area.

Relating to regulation of unmanned aircraft systems [HB-3005]
The purpose of this bill is to regulate the use and operation of unmanned aircraft systems. The bill additionally prohibits the use of a lethal weapon on an unmanned aircraft system and prohibits the interference with the flight of a manned aircraft and provides criminal penalties for violations.
