The Healthy and Safe Workplace Act [HB-2062]
The purpose of this bill is to create a new cause of action to deter workplace bullying. The bill makes it an unlawful employment practice to subject an employee to an abusive work environment that exists when the defendant, acting with malice, subjects an employee to abusive conduct so severe that it causes tangible harm to the employee. Allowing the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to issue special one-day licenses for charitable events [HB-2392]
The purpose of this bill is to allow the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to issue special one-day licenses for the retail sale of nonintoxicating beer and alcoholic liquors to a duly organized nonprofit corporation, limited liability entity or an association having received federal tax-exempt status, when raising money for artistic, athletic, charitable, educational or religious purposes.

Reallocating and dedicating the natural gas and oil severance tax revenues annually to the natural gas and oil-producing counties of origin [HB-2110]
The purpose of this bill is to reallocate and dedicate the natural gas and oil severance tax revenues, up to $30 million annually, to the natural gas and oil producing counties of origin. The bill provides for distribution of the moneys to the districts of the Division of Highways by the State Treasurer. The bill establishes amounts each natural gas and oil-producing county in a district is to receive. The bill requires moneys be used solely for the secondary roads and provides duties of State Tax Commissioner. The bill requires reports of expenditures
