As enacted, makes confidential the identities of vendors providing the state with goods and services used to protect certain electronic, communication, and data storage systems; authorizes a governmental entity receiving such goods and services to vote to make the identities of such vendors confidential; revises exception as to who may receive such confidential information. - Amends TCA Section 10-7-504.
