An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Screening Of Newborn Infants For Metabolic, Hematologic, Encdorinologic, Immunologic, And Certain Structural Disorders. [SB-58]
The bill will codify the Newborn Screening Program, which screens infants for a number of metabolic, hematologic, endocrinologic, immunologic and certain structural disorders. This bill also clarifies that genetic information disclosed and obtained pursuant to the Newborn Screening Program may be retained.

An Act To Amend Titles 11 And 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Temporary Instruction Permits And Drivers Licenses. [SB-59]
This Act creates the means for an undocumented immigrant to apply for and obtain valid driving privileges in the State of Delaware. Those who are eligible will be issued a Class D driver license for driving privileges only that is not considered a valid form of identification due to the applicant’s inability to prove legal presence in the United States. The driving privilege card will be uniquely designed to distinguish it from other driver licenses. It will also be clearly marked “Not Valid for Identification” and for “Driving Privileges Only”. An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Trust Between Immigrants And Delaware Law Enforcement Agencies. [SB-60]
This Act establishes the Delaware Transparency and Responsibility Using State Tools (TRUST) Initiative. It codifies the current policies and practices of several law enforcement agencies in Delaware. Its intent is to enhance trust between immigrants and Delaware's law enforcement agencies; encourage immigrants to report crimes and otherwise contribute to public safety in Delaware; and facilitate immigrants applying for Delaware's driving privilege card.

An Act To Amend Title 10 And Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Domestic Violence. [SB-83]
This Act makes several changes to Title 10 and Title 11 of the Delaware Code relating to domestic violence. First, this Act amends 1045, Title 10 relating domestic violence protective orders to clarify the procedures related to the disposition of firearms in the possession of a respondent. Second, this Act amends 1448(a)(6), Title 11 to provide that any person who is prohibited from purchasing, owning, possessing, or controlling a deadly weapon because the person is subject to a Family Court protection from abuse order is so prohibited immediately (continued...)
