Wounded Officers Recovery Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill authorizes the Capitol Police Board to make payments from the United States Capitol Police Memorial Fund to: (1) families of employees of the U.S Capitol Police who were killed in the line of duty, or (2) employees of the U.S. Capitol Police who have sustained serious line-of-duty injuries. The board is required to issue specific regulations governing the fund's use for making such payments, including regulations ensuring that the payments are in addition to, and do not otherwise affect, other

Public Service Integrity Act This bill amends the federal criminal code to increase to five years the post-employment lobbying ban on a former member of the U.S. Senate (currently, two years) or a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives (currently, one year). Additionally, the bill increases from one year to two years the post-employment lobbying restrictions on officers and employees of the legislative branch. It also lowers the income threshold at which the restrictions become applicable for such officers and employees.
