Regulatory Certainty Act of 2017 This bill amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (commonly known as the Clean Water Act) to limit the period during which the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) may prohibit the specification, or restrict the use, of an area as a disposal site for discharges of dredged or fill materials into waters of the United States to the period that: begins on the date that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers provides notice to the EPA that the Corps of Engineers has completed all procedures for processing an application

Susquehanna National Heritage Area Act This bill establishes the Susquehanna National Heritage Area in Pennsylvania, which shall include Lancaster and York counties. The Susquehanna Heritage Corporation is designated as the local coordinating entity for the area. SITSA Act Stop the Importation and Trafficking of Synthetic Analogues Act of 2017 This bill amends the Controlled Substances Act to establish a new, sixth schedule of controlled substances—schedule A. A drug or substance in schedule A has a chemical structure that is similar to, and an effect on the body that is similar to or greater than, a controlled substance in schedule I, II, III, IV, or V.
