Water Recycling Acceleration Act of 2015 [HB-2993]

To provide for the issuance of an Alzheimer's Disease Research Semipostal Stamp. This bill directs the United States Postal Service to issue and sell an Alzheimer's Disease Research Semipostal Stamp.
