Student Loan Repayment Assistance Act of 2017 This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a business-related tax credit for an employer's payments for employees under a student loan repayment program. The credit is equal to 10% of the amounts that an employer pays on behalf of any employee under a program and is refundable for certain small businesses and tax-exempt organizations. The payments for an employee may not exceed $500 per month.

ENLIST Act Encourage New Legalized Immigrants to Start Training Act This bill authorizes the enlistment in the Armed Forces of aliens unlawfully present in the United States on December 31, 2012, who: (1) have been continuously present in the United States since such date; (2) were younger than 15 years of age when they initially entered the United States; and (3) are otherwise eligible for original enlistment in a regular component of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard.
