American Innovation $1 Coin Act (Sec. 2) This bill directs the Department of the Treasury, over a 14-year period beginning in 2019, to mint and issue "American Innovation" $1 coins commemorating innovation and innovators from each state, each U.S. territory, and the District of Columbia. Such coins shall be issued in the order in which the states ratified the Constitution or were admitted into the Union.
