LEAP Act Leveraging and Energizing America's Apprenticeship Programs Act This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow employers a business-related tax credit of $1,500 for hiring an apprenticeship employee who has not attained age 25 at the close of the taxable year or $1,000 for an apprenticeship employee who has attained age 25. The bill allows such credit for no more than two taxable years with respect to any apprenticeship employee. Protecting Taxpayers From Corruption Act This bill takes away workers' compensation benefits from Members of Congress who are convicted of an offense relating to abuse of the public trust. The Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives shall submit a report to Congress listing each individual with respect to whom benefits and other payments were made from the Employees' Compensation Fund, on account of the injury or death of any current or former Member, officer, or employee of the House.
