Clean Air, Healthy Kids Act This bill nullifies the Executive Order entitled "Promoting Energy Independence and Economic Growth" that was signed on March 28, 2017. No federal funds may be used to implement or enforce the order. This bill may not be construed to impair any authority granted to the President. The bill takes effect on March 28, 2017.

Veterans' Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2017 This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to increase, as of December 1, 2017, the rates of veterans' disability compensation, additional compensation for dependents, the clothing allowance for certain disabled veterans, and dependency and indemnity compensation for surviving spouses and children.
