Relating to qualifications for commercial driver’s license [HB-2850]
The purpose of this bill is to provide that a commercial license instruction permit may be issued to persons 18 years of age who have held a graduated Class E, Class E or Class D license for at least one year. Current law requires a two year period.

Implementing drug testing for legislators of the State of West Virginia [HB-2904]
The purpose of this bill is to create a drug testing program for legislators who shall be required to submit to drug testing.  Any legislator who fails two consecutive drug tests must forfeit all pay and allowances. The bill also ensures confidentiality of records.
