Creating a hunting permit to safely accommodate visually impaired hunters [HB-2597]
The purpose of this bill is to create a hunting permit to safely accommodate visually impaired hunters. The bill sets forth the permit’s requirements and requires that the permittee and his or her assistant must also hold the underlying hunting licenses or otherwise be exempt. Relating to the form for making offer of optional uninsured and underinsured coverage by insurers [HB-2617]
The purpose of this bill is to require the Insurance Commissioner to provide for the use of electronic means of delivery and electronic signing of the form for making an offer of optional uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage by insurers. It also requires an insurer, when offering to place an insured with an affiliate of the insurer, to make available a new uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage offer form.

The purpose of this bill is to grant flexibility to the commissioner in the administration of the licensing programs for mortgage lending and brokering as well as money transmission by clarifying who must submit official criminal history information and to facilitate effective and efficient review of license applications. The bill also changes the Division of Banking to Division of Financial Institutions.

The purpose of this bill is to create the Local Government Labor and Consumer Marketing Regulatory Limitation Act. The bill prohibits political subdivisions from enacting any ordinance, regulation, local policy, local resolution or other legal requirements regulating certain areas of the employer-employee relationship and the sale or marketing of consumer merchandise.
