Shutdown Accountability Resolution Sets forth specified Senate proceedings with respect to a full or partial federal government shutdown. Prescribes requirements for Senate adjournments and recesses during the shutdown. Prohibits the presiding officer from entertaining a request to suspend the operation of this standing order by unanimous consent or motion.
