Establishing a limit on the hours the Department of Human Services may require an individual in the Family Investment Program to participate in work activities; establishing the manner in which an individual in the Program may participate in certain work experience or community service work activities; and requiring the Department to include in its annual report to the General Assembly due October 1 each year certain information on work experience and community service work activity placements.
