Prohibiting, beginning October 1, 2025, through the end of June 30, 2028, a person from driving a motor vehicle in violation of certain provisions of the Maryland Vehicle Law on private roadways in a certain residential community in Baltimore County; and authorizing, beginning October 1, 2025, through the end of June 30, 2028, a police officer to enforce the Maryland Vehicle Law on private roadways in a certain residential community in Baltimore County.
