AB 8675 Expands the powers and duties of the Historic Hudson Hoosic Rivers partnership to include the powers to adopt and use a seal; to appoint and remove officers, agents and employees, and determine their qualifications, duties and compensation; allows the partnership to acquire, hold and dispose of real property, construct or cause to be constructed necessary facilities, to retain or employ counsel, private consultants and independent contractors; also allows them to make and execute contracts and all other instruments necessary for the exercise of its powers and duties
