Requiring the State Department of Education to convene a workgroup to conduct an analysis of the mixed delivery, publicly funded prekindergarten system established under the Blueprint for Maryland's Future; and requiring the workgroup to submit a final report, by December 31, 2027, to the Accountability and Implementation Board and the General Assembly on any changes made by the Department in response to the recommendations in its interim report, and any additional recommendations for changes to the prekindergarten system.
