Build USA Infrastructure Act This bill requires, for the five-year period beginning on October 1, 2020, the deposit of the first $21.4 billion of revenues collected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security into the Highway Trust Fund (HTF). This bill exempts from federal-aid highway vehicle weight limitations a vehicle operating on a segment of the Interstate System in North Dakota if it: has a gross vehicle weight of 129,000 pounds or less; complies with certain single axle, tandem axle, and bridge formula weight limits; and is authorized to operate on such segment under North Dakota law.
