As enacted, enacts the "Markie Voyles Act," which requires an adult convicted of contributing to delinquency of a minor to serve 100 percent of Class A misdemeanor sentence, which is 11 months and 29 days, if offense involved supplying substance to a minor that is unlawful for minor to possess and minor engages in conduct that causes death of another. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1. [HB-1244]
