The purpose of this bill is to provide procedures for foreign profit and foreign nonprofit corporations to be reinstated following administrative revocation. The bill provides for appeals. The bill also establishes a reinstatement fee for domestic and foreign limited liability companies and domestic and foreign corporations after administrative dissolutions. §31D-15-1532 and §31E-14-1432 have been completely rewritten; therefore, they have been completely underscored. §31D-14-1533 is new; therefore, it has been completely underscored.

Relating to annual business fees paid to the Secretary of State [HB-4595]
The purpose of this bill is to clarify that limited liability companies, foreign limited liability companies and foreign corporations are required to file annual reports. The bill eliminates criminal penalties. The bill changes a $100 penalty to a $50 late fee for delinquent annual reports. The bill provides a $25 late fee for delinquent annual reports for nonprofit corporations. The bill requires the Secretary of State to deposit all late fees collected in its general administrative fees account instead of the states General Revenue Fund. The bill

The purpose of this bill is to require filings in the State Register and the Code of State Rules be available in an electronic format. The bill provides that printed copies of filings and documents are available under certain circumstances and that a fee may be charged. The bill provides that the fee may be waived. The bill clarifies that fifty percent of the fees and amounts collected for the sale of the State Register, the Code of State Rules and other copies or data provided by the Secretary of State shall be deposited in the General Revenue

Relating to the preparation and sale of voter registration lists [HB-4342]
The purpose of this bill concerns the preparation and sale of voter registration lists. The bill establishes the fees to be collected and requires those fees be deposited in the State Election Fund. The bill also permits a county clerk to collect an additional fee for list preparation.
