Relating to licensure of behavioral health centers and behavioral health consumer rights [HB-2778]
The purpose of this bill is to reauthorize, with amendment, as one rule, the legislative rules contained in title sixty-four, series eleven and series seventy-four of the code of state rules relating to licensure of behavioral health centers (64 CSR 11) and behavioral health consumer rights, (64 CSR 74).
