Requires a court to revoke probation if the probationer has failed to strictly comply with any condition of the order, if the offense for which the probationer was sentenced was a sexual assault offense and the victim of the offense was a minor under the age of 18 when the offense was committed.

Relating To Safe Neighborhoods. [SB-790]
Allows a defendant who has been convicted of three misdemeanors in Waikiki, any business district, or resort zoned area to be sentenced to a probationary term of geographic restriction not exceeding an unspecified number of years during which the defendant shall be prohibited from entering the district or area in which the acts occurred. Mandates imprisonment of thirty days for violation.
