Jobs and Opportunity with Benefits and Services for Success Act This bill extends through FY2023 and revises the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, the Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood grant program, and the Child Care Entitlement (CCE) grant program. The bill modifies a variety of programmatic requirements as well as funding for the TANF program and related activities. Specifically, the bill: renames the program as the "Jobs and Opportunity with Benefits and Services" program;
