Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Reauthorization Act of 2019 [HB-3520]
Modifies and reauthorizes through FY2024 the C.W. Bill Young Cell Transplantation Program, which provides support to patients who need a potentially life-saving bone marrow transplant or umbilical cord blood transplant. It also reauthorizes through FY2024 the Stem Cell Therapeutic and Research Act of 2005, which provides for the collection and maintenance of new units of high-quality cord blood.
