Secure Legal Services for Veterans Act This bill prohibits an individual who is not an agent or attorney from soliciting, contracting for, charging, or receiving any fee or compensation for services rendered in the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of an appeal before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or the Board of Veterans' Appeals. Violators of such prohibition shall be fined, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
