Directs the Department of the Treasury to mint and issue up to 100,000 $1 coins in commemoration of the centennial of the establishment of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. All sales of such coins shall include a surcharge of $10 for each coin. All surcharges received by Treasury from the sale of such coins must be paid to the National World War I Museum and Memorial to assist in the commemoration of the centennial.

The trail consists of a series of routes extending approximately 3,664 miles that follows the route taken by Lt. Zebulon Montgomery Pike during the 1806-1807 Pike expedition that began in Fort Bellefontaine, Missouri, and continued through parts of Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, before ending in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

This bill amends the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to allow educational agencies in Missouri to contract with an entity to operate a program for disabled individuals who are 24 years of age or younger under which work is compensated at a subminimum wage if such an individual has received and produces documentation that indicates completion of certain transition services before beginning work.
