Relating to issuance of driver's licenses [SB-416]
The purpose of this bill is to provide that drivers licenses may contain information designating the licensee as a person who is an honorably discharged veteran of any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States, if requested. The bill also redefines previously licensed as an applicant who has held at least a level two or comparable drivers license.

Identifying military veteran on DMV license or ID upon request [SB-405]
The purpose of this bill is to permit licenses and identification cards issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles to identify the individual as a veteran if the individual is in fact a veteran and requests this information be included on the license or identification card. The bill also permits a veteran to be issued a replacement license or card without charge if the request is made before the expiration date of the current license or card.

Relating to unemployment benefits for certain spouses of military personnel [SB-152]
The purpose of this bill is to provide that an individual who has voluntarily quit employment to accompany a spouse serving in active military service who has been reassigned from one military assignment to another is not disqualified for unemployment benefits. The bill also provides that the account of the employer of the individual may not be charged.

The purpose of this bill is to require the consideration of military training, experience and education toward qualification for professional or occupational licensure.
