A bill to prohibit military aid to Saudi Arabia until the Secretary of State determines that Jamal Khashoggi is alive and free. This bill prohibits U.S. military aid or assistance to Saudi Arabia until the Department of State certifies to Congress that journalist Jamal Khashoggi is alive and free and subsequent legislation is enacted authorizing the resumption of such aid and assistance.

Afghan and Iraqi Allies Resettlement Improvement Act This bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services to survey long-term outcomes, such as employment, housing, and education, of Afghan and Iraqi special immigrant visa (SIV) holders as part of the Annual Survey of Refugees. SIV holders are persons who worked with the U.S. Armed Forces or under Chief of Mission authority as a translator or interpreter in Iraq or Afghanistan. Strengthening Oversight of Iran's Access to Finance Act (Sec. 3) This bill sets forth reporting requirements with respect to the export of commercial passenger aircrafts to Iran. The Department of the Treasury must report on financial institutions conducting transactions regarding such exports. Additionally, Treasury must determine if such transactions pose a risk relating to money laundering, terrorism, or other sanctionable activities. The President may waive the requirements of this bill under certain circumstances.

NIE on Iranian Proxy Forces Act This bill requires the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to produce a National Intelligence Estimate on Iranian support of proxy forces in Syria and Lebanon and the threat such support poses to Israel, other U.S. regional allies, and specified U.S. interests. Not later than 60 days after the National Intelligence Estimate is completed, the President shall provide to Congress a strategy to prevent Iran from expanding its power in Syria and Lebanon.
