HELLPP Act Helping Ensure Life- and Limb-saving access to Podiatric Physicians Act This bill adds podiatrists as covered physicians under the Medicaid program. Documentation requirements related to Medicare coverage of therapeutic shoes for individuals with diabetes are revised. This bill amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to allow a Medicare beneficiary who has end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and is receiving home dialysis to receive monthly ESRD-related visits via telehealth, provided that the beneficiary also receives face-to-face visits periodically.
