To provide for a comfortable and safe temperature level in dwelling units receiving certain Federal housing assistance, and for other purposes. [HB-235] [Housing ] [Healthcare ] [Senior Citizens ] [Public Health ] [Human Services ] [Energy ]
Allows the Department of Housing and Urban Development to require units in public housing and supportive housing for the elderly, as well as dwellings receiving low-income housing choice voucher assistance, to maintain a temperature level ranging from 71 to 81 degrees Fahrenheit.
