Relating To Insurance. [HB-640]
Amends the required coverage for shared cars that are made available through a peer-to-peer car-sharing program. Clarifies when the requirements for motor vehicle insurance coverage are satisfied. Provides that the counties may adopt ordinances to regulate peer-to-peer car-sharing vehicles for companies whose insurance coverage falls below an unspecified amount. Sunsets 7/1/2025. (SD1)

Courts - Prohibited Liability Agreements - Recreational Facilities [HB-207]
Establishing that a provision in a contract or agreement relating to the use of a recreational facility that purports to release the recreational facility from, or indemnify or hold harmless the recreational facility against, liability for bodily injury is void and unenforceable when the bodily injury is caused by or results from the negligence or other wrongful act of the recreational facility or its agents or employees; and providing that a certain unit of State or local government is not included in the term "recreational facility".
Relating To Flooding. [HB-315]
Appropriates moneys as grants-in-aid to the several counties for the mitigation of flood risks on privately-owned roads. Provides that the appropriation or expenditure of moneys pursuant to the Act shall not be construed to establish a duty of care or grounds for liability for the State or the several counties.
