Save Oak Flat Act This bill repeals the provisions under the Carl Levin and Howard P. "Buck" McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 providing for a land exchange between the Department of Agriculture and Resolution Copper Mining, LLC. Under the provisions of that Act, 2,422 acres of Forest Service land located in Pinal County, Arizona, are to be exchanged for various parcels of land owned by Resolution Copper.

Gulf Islands National Seashore Land Exchange Act This bill authorizes the National Park Service (NPS) to convey to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5699 approximately 1.542 acres of federal real property located within the Gulf Islands National Seashore in Jackson County, Mississippi, in exchange for a non-federal parcel of 2.161 acres. The Post shall pay the costs incurred by the NPS to carry out such exchange. Land and interests acquired by the United States under this bill shall be administered as part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

(Sec. 1) This bill directs the Department of the Interior to convey to the state of Iowa, without consideration, the reversionary interest held by the United States in certain land in Pottawattamie County described in the quit claim deed dated April 13, 1998. As a condition of the conveyance, all costs associated with it are to be paid by the state.
