A bill to prohibit trespassing on critical infrastructure used in or affecting interstate commerce to commit a criminal offense. Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit knowingly going on any critical infrastructure used in or affecting interstate commerce to commit a criminal offense. Defines "critical infrastructure" as a vital physical system or asset, including a national monument, the incapacity or destruction of which would have a debilitating impact on security, national economic security, or national public health or safety.
