Human Trafficking Survivor Tax Relief Act This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to exclude from gross income civil damages, restitution, or other monetary awards (including compensatory or statutory damages and restitution imposed in a criminal matter) awarded to victims of peonage, slavery, or human trafficking.

Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2017 This bill amends the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 to modify: (1) the criteria for determining whether countries are meeting the minimum standards for the elimination of human trafficking, and (2) actions to be taken against countries that fail to meet such standards. The U.S. Agency for International Development shall incorporate child protection and anti-trafficking strategies into the development strategy for each country on the special watch list. SAFE at Home Act Safeguarding Addresses From Emerging at Home Act This bill requires each federal agency and federal court to accept, for any purpose for which an individual is required to provide an address to the agency or court, an address designated to that individual pursuant to an address confidentiality program. An individual who provides an address pursuant to such a program shall not be subject to any federal regulatory, civil, or criminal penalties for providing such address in lieu of the individual's actual physical address. FIND Trafficking Act Fight Illicit Networks and Detect Trafficking Act This bill directs the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to report on the use of virtual currencies and online marketplaces in sex and drug trafficking. The GAO must study topics including: how illicit proceeds are transferred into the U.S. banking system, state and non-state actors that benefit from or participate in such activity, preventative efforts from federal and state agencies, and how to use the unique characteristics of virtual currencies to track illicit activity.
