Ensuring the Value of the 340B Program Act of 2018 This bill requires a hospital participating in the 340B drug discount program to include, in any Medicare cost report to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, information on: (1) the aggregate acquisition costs of the hospital for drugs acquired under the program; and (2) the aggregate revenues the hospital received from all payors for such drugs, disaggregated by insurance status.

Specifically, the bill alters the criteria for the award of grants by prioritizing states with a comparatively high prevalence of opioid-disorder adverse health effects and per capita overdose mortality rates. The bill also establishes a minimum amount for each grant.
