The purpose of this bill is to authorize certain individuals to obtain a prescription for epinephrine, purchase epinephrine, and administer epinephrine in emergency situations and to authorize the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate rules for the development of training programs to insure the proper use of epinephrine in these emergency situations.

The purpose of this bill is to create the West Virginia Winner program to promote healthy living and improve lifestyle and increase longevity of West Virginia residents by competing in various athletic and cultural events in the fifty-five counties. The purpose of this bill is to prohibit minors under the age of sixteen from obtaining a tattoo. The bill requires a parent or legal guardian to be present at the tattoo studio, provide photo identification and written consent for minors sixteen years of age or older obtaining a tattoo.
