A bill to facilitate construction of a bridge on certain property in Christian County, Missouri, and for other purposes. This bill authorizes the construction and operation of a bridge (Riverside Bridge Project) on certain property conveyed to Christian County, Missouri, by the Riverside Inn, Inc. The county shall: carryout the project in a manner that ensures that no flood damage occurs, and be liable for any such flood damage that does occur.
