Streamlining and Expediting Approval for Communications Technologies Act This bill directs Senior Real Property Officers of specified federal agencies to track applications to locate or modify communications facilities on certain federal real property assets of those agencies. Each officer shall report on the tracking of such applications to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).
