American Health Care Act of 2017 [HB-1628]
American Health Care Act of 2017 TITLE I--ENERGY AND COMMERCE Subtitle A--Patient Access to Public Health Programs (Sec. 101) This bill amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to eliminate funding after FY2018 for the Prevention and Public Health Fund, which provides for investment in prevention and public health programs to improve health and restrain the rate of growth in health care costs. Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians Land Affirmation Act of 2017 [HB-1491]
Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians Land Affirmation Act of 2017 (Sec. 2) This bill ratifies and confirms the actions of the Department of the Interior to: (1) take approximately 1,427 acres of land in Santa Barbara County, California, into trust for the benefit of the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians, (2) assume jurisdiction over the appeals relating to the acquisition of this land, and (3) dismiss those appeals. The land is made part of the Santa Ynez Indian Reservation. The bill removes restrictions on the land pursuant to certain state laws.

Pascua Yaqui Tribe Land Conveyance Act [HB-1404]
Pascua Yaqui Tribe Land Conveyance Act (Sec. 3) This bill declares that 39.65 acres of land are to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, effective the day after the Tuscon Unified School District No. 1 relinquishes its interest in the land. (Sec. 4) The United States must convey to the school district 13.24 acres of federal land in exchange for payment of the fair market value of the land and the cost of conveyance. The school district may acquire the federal reversionary interest in 27.5 acres
