Amend KRS 238.505 to revise the definition of "charitable gaming facility;" amend KRS 238.536 to remove the provisions for reconsideration by the department of its actions; amend KRS 238.555 to remove licensed charitable gaming facility lease requirements, to clarify that rent shall not be based on gross receipts, and require a licensed charitable gaming facility to file a copy of each signed lease with the department; provide that the 40 percent rule in KRS 238.36 is waived for 2020.
