Statewide Fire Prevention Code; permissible fireworks. Redefines what constitutes permissible fireworks in Virginia. Under the bill, "permissible fireworks" means any small fireworks device designed to produce visible effects by combustion and that complies with the construction, chemical composition, and labeling regulations of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, as set forth in 16 C.F.R.
