Rehabilitation for Multiemployer Pensions Act This bill establishes the Pension Rehabilitation Administration within the Department of the Treasury and a related trust fund to make loans to certain multiemployer defined benefit pension plans. To receive a loan, a plan must be either in critical and declining status (including any plan with respect to which a suspension of benefits has been approved) or insolvent, if the plan became insolvent after December 16, 2014, and has not been terminated. Federal Insurance Office Reform Act of 2018 This bill amends the Federal Insurance Office Act of 2010 to modify the Department of the Treasury's Federal Insurance Office (FIO). FIO is moved to Treasury's Office of International Affairs. FIO's function of advising Treasury on domestic insurance issues is eliminated. The bill removes FIO from the Financial Stability Oversight Council. FIO's subpoena and enforcement powers regarding information gathering are terminated.
