JOBS Act Job Opportunities Between our Shores Act This bill amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to direct the Department of Labor to make grants to or enter into contracts with eligible entities to carry out demonstration and pilot projects that provide education and training programs for jobs in advanced manufacturing. The bill prescribes requirements for project activities and performance goals and measures.

Accelerating Individuals into the Workforce Act This bill amends part A (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of title IV of the Social Security Act to require the Administration for Children & Families (ACF) to make grants to states for demonstration projects that provide wage subsidies to enable low-income individuals to enter and retain employment. Better Education and Skills Training for America's Workforce Act This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow tax credits for: (1) qualified training expenses paid with respect to U.S.-based positions for job trainees who have been unemployed for at least 90 days before enrolling in a training program and have not been employed by the taxpayer during the two-year period before the trainee was hired, and (2) investment in a qualified job training partnership between a private business and an institution of higher education or a labor organization.
