Federal Firefighters Fairness Act of 2019 provides federal worker's compensation to firefighters who contract certain illnesses as a result of their service. Imposes requirements and standards related to the care of aliens in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) custody. Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to implement changes to better serve women veterans.
