VA Beneficiary Travel Act of 2017 This bill amends the Veterans' Benefits Improvements Act of 1996 to provide that payments for travel and incidental expenses related to disability examinations by non-Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) physicians for veterans applying for VA benefits shall be made from amounts available to the VA for payment of compensation and pensions.

This bill amends the Wilderness Act to declare that provisions of such Act prohibiting the use of motorized vehicles, aircraft, or other forms of mechanical transport shall not prohibit the use of motorized wheelchairs, non-motorized wheelchairs, non-motorized bicycles, strollers, wheelbarrows, survey wheels, or game carts within any wilderness areas.
