Amend KRS 171.382 to require the Finance and Administration Cabinet to give notice to the Kentucky Heritage Council 90 days prior to the transfer or sale of a property nominated by the Kentucky Historic Preservation Review Board to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places; require the Kentucky Heritage Council to consult with the Finance and Administration Cabinet regarding the property's historic, cultural, and archeological resources; require the Kentucky Heritage Council to make a written recommendation to the Finance and Administration (continued...)
